How to register?

To attend the meeting, scientists should send the filled registration form to eas2019immunomet@gmail.com before April 30, 2019.

Registration fee is €30,= for EAS attendants, and €90,= for others.

Registrees will be accepted once we have received the registration fee; if the number of registration number exceeds the capacity of the room (120 persons), slots will be allocated based on receipt of payment, so please be in time with your registration. You will receive a confirmation of acceptance by email, within 2 weeks after registration and receipt of payment.

How to submit an abstract?

Symposium participants are strongly encouraged to submit an abstract. Poster slots and 5 oral slots are available. Abstracts can be submitted via the registration/abstract submission form (see above link), no later than April 11, 2019.

Further information?

Approximately 5 weeks before the meeting, you will be notified of confirmation/rejection of your abstract, and in case of confirmation whether your work has been selected for oral or poster presentation.
