Funded by the Henriette Herz Scouting Programme a 2-years fully funded Postdoctoral Fellow (see offer details below) is available in Aachen, Germany (www.vandervorst-lab.com).

The focus of the research group is Immune-Lipid Crosstalk in cardiovascular disease. The majority of the ongoing projects focus on inflammation and atherosclerosis, although several side-projects are ongoing focussing on other pathologies like chronic kidney disease, liver steatosis and thrombosis.
